Balance Collect is a proactive way for your school to address delinquent accounts. It extends affordability solutions to students and families who are having trouble getting the bill paid, giving them one last chance to pay their bill or to demonstrate good faith by making payments via the payment plan.
You provide us with a list of delinquent students. We send correspondence to the bill payers, instructing them to pay in full by a given date. If they do not send full payment by the due date, they are enrolled in the payment plan to pay their balance monthly.
