Strong Relationships
The primary responsibility of your Relationship Manager is to manage the relationship
between your school and Tuition Management Systems to ensure
that we deliver the highest levels of service quality. They
work directly with you to establish your initial program parameters
and to develop appropriate lines of communication with your
administrators. Your Relationship Manager will also be responsible for meeting
and reviewing Tuition Management Systems services with the
administrators in all the appropriate offices.
Also in support of your school
is our team of Member Service Representatives who
are responsible for servicing your account from our national
headquarters. They ensure
that the plan meets the changing needs of your school and
your families.

In addition, a
Member Service Representative is responsible for assisting your staff with student
and family account information and adjustments, producing all marketing
and enrollment materials, and conducting staff training on Tuition
Management Systems reports and products as needed. They will work
closely with your Relationship Manager to ensure the highest level
of service possible to your school.
Also available to you weekdays from 8 am to
8 pm ET are the members of the The School Support Team. This team is made up of dedicated Customer Service Representatives and Senior Education Payment Advisors. These highly trained individuals assist school administrators in processing enrollments and adjustments, canceling accounts, researching individual student accounts, tracking payments and reviewing reports and much more. |
