TUITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES
12 NEW HE MEMBER SCHOOLS

September 12, 2007
Schools leverage our Proven Path™ to enjoy reduced costs and improved service.

WARWICK, RI (September, 2007) — Finding and keeping the right strategic partners is one of the single-most important processes a college or university can undertake. A true partnership is one where both parties can combine resources to accomplish much more than each partner can individually.

Tuition Management Systems continues to experience considerable growth and success by meeting the specific needs of our partner schools to help them achieve their goals and prosper. Better than 99% of our current school partnerships were renewed this year.

Our member schools are engaged and encouraged to leverage any or all of our flexibility and tools to relieve workload and increase efficiency. We believe a school’s chosen partner should be regularly offering services to help in all areas.

Our approach in engaging member schools to identify problems and challenges, coupled with our unique ability to address them with full service options and solutions, presents a significant advantage in the marketplace for Tuition Management Systems over any competitor. We can provide a unified, multi-channel point of contact for any or all parts of our Proven Path™ of services.

Through the expansion of our services such as Real-Time Integration (RTI), Electronic Billing and Payments Processing (EBPP), our Multi-Channel Payment Gateway (MCPG), and automatic enrollment services such encompassed within our AllPay Approach (prompting all students to pay all of their bill by making all payment channels and all methods available all of the time) many of our current member schools enjoy higher retention rates and greater cash flow therefore reducing the need to raise tuition.

We are pleased to announce our newest member schools as well as those schools at which we have expanded our services in 2006/2007:
